1.Planning: Issuer Company engages Merchant Banker/s for advisory support. 2. Preparation: Merchant Banker conducts due diligence on the company. Preparation of IPO documentation and structuring. 3. Process: Submission of DRHP/Draft Prospectus to Exchange and SEBI. Verification & Site Visit by BSE/NSE officials, including an interview with promoters.In Principle approval by BSE/NSE based on compliance.Filing of RHP/Prospectus with ROC, indicating issue dates. 4. Public Offering: IPO opens and closes as scheduled. Submission of documents for basis of allotment finalization. 5. Post Listing: BSE finalizes basis of allotment. Issuance of Listing and Trading Notice. These steps form the framework for successfully listing a company on the BSE/NSE SME platform.
